These Terms define the conditions for the sale and provision of services by DoLaser Paphos and are mandatory for all clients who use the services or make online bookings.
DoLaser Paphos provides body care services and non-medical аппарат-based aesthetic procedures.
The services are not medical, therapeutic, or cosmetology services within the meaning of medical legislation.
By using the services of DoLaser Paphos, the client confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
DoLaser Paphos reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice. The current version is always available on the website.
An appointment is considered confirmed after the date and time are agreed upon with a representative of DoLaser Paphos.
The client undertakes to arrive at the scheduled time or notify in advance of any changes to their plans.
In case of cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment, the client must notify DoLaser Paphos in advance, preferably no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
If a client once cancels or reschedules an appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, further services will be provided only subject to advance payment.
In such a case, the advance payment amounts to 100% of the cost of the scheduled appointment and is credited toward the provision of the service.
Services are provided exclusively to adults or to minors with the consent of their legal representatives.
Before the procedure begins, the client must inform about individual characteristics of their body, known contraindications, and the condition of the skin in the treatment area.
DoLaser Paphos is not responsible for consequences caused by the client's failure to provide or conceal important information.
Payment is made according to the current price list valid at the time the service is provided. Paid services are non-refundable after they have been rendered.
The result of procedures is individual and depends on the client's body characteristics. DoLaser Paphos does not guarantee identical results for all clients.
All disputes are resolved through negotiations or in accordance with applicable law. Use of DoLaser Paphos services signifies the client's full agreement with these Terms.
